Documentary Goes Behind the Scenes of Bangtan Boys' World Tour
A documentary featuring boy band Bangtan Boys, also known as BTS, will be released next month.
The documentary "Burn the Stage," which chronicles the band's world tour, will get a full cinematic release in Korea on Nov. 15.
The 85-minute-long film shows their 300-day journey and struggles during their world tour including scenes from the eight episodes that were uploaded earlier this year on YouTube Red, the paid version of the video-streaming site.
Meanwhile, BTS became the first Korean group to win the Favorite Social Artists award at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles on Tuesday, beating other famous pop stars like Ariana Grande, Cardi B, Demi Lovato and Shawn Mendes. The AMAs are one of the most prestigious music awards in the U.S., along with the Grammy Awards and the Billboard Music Awards.
They couldn't attend the AMAs due to a planned concert in London, but sent a video message to give thanks to their die-hard fans, known as "The Army" who shared tips on how to increase the votes for the award for months.
